Ho Chi Minh City, July 26, 2025 — Vietnam Partners LLC (VPLLC), an investment management and financial advisory firm headquartered in New York (USA), and GTS Pyrolium® (GTSP) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to drive the development of sustainable waste treatment technologies and advance the circular economy model in Vietnam.
According to the agreement, Vietnam Partners will collaborate with GTSP in the following areas: securing investment capital for large-scale waste treatment plants and projects; advising on international market expansion strategies; developing and implementing an ESG framework aligned with international standards; and co-developing the VP Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation (VPCEI) to train a new generation of ESG-minded entrepreneurs and engineers and incubate green tech startups in Vietnam.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Bradley C. Lalonde – Chairman and Co-Founder of Vietnam Partners LLC – shared:

A notable highlight of the event was the official appointment of Mr. Bradley Lalonde to the Board of Directors of GTS Pyrolium. His participation is expected to help shape strategic direction, accelerate growth, and drive GTSP’s global expansion goals.
Alongside investment and advisory efforts, both parties will co-operate the VP Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center (VPCEI), based in Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu and Ho Chi Minh City — a platform that connects education, technology, and investment. The center collaborates with top global universities such as the University of Michigan and Columbia University, and will launch programs on ESG leadership, a personalized Global Mini-MBA, and green startup incubation directly integrated with GTS’s manufacturing and R&D ecosystem at GTS InnoLab.
This partnership between Vietnam Partners and GTS Pyrolium reflects not only strategic trust between a leading domestic tech enterprise and a veteran global investor, but also signals a broader trend in Vietnam’s investment landscape — toward real solutions, real technology, and real impact, with ESG as the guiding compass.
As Vietnam commits to net-zero emissions by 2050, models like Pyrolium® are poised to become core enablers of the country’s green transition and a launchpad for environmental tech breakthroughs in the coming decade.
