Phạm Minh Hương is the visionary Founder and Chief Investment Officer of IPA Investment Group, with a distinguished career spanning nearly 30 years in Vietnam’s banking and finance sector. Previously, she held pivotal roles including Director of Capital & Finance at Citibank N.A., and was instrumental in transforming SSI Securities from a modest brokerage into one of Vietnam’s leading financial institutions.

Since 2010, she has served on the Board of Directors at IPA Investment Group, where she has driven strategic growth and expanded the firm’s investment portfolio across sectors like securities, real estate, energy, and hospitality. Her leadership includes overseeing asset management operations that achieved tenfold growth in portfolio value in just one year.

Ms. Huong is also the Chairwoman of the Board at VNDIRECT Securities, a company she co-founded and steered to prominence in Vietnam’s brokerage industry. She oversees transformation and innovation efforts across digital financial services, extending her influence as Chairwoman of Post‑Telecommunication Insurance Corporation (PTI) and other entities.

Born in 1966 in Thái Bình, she holds a Master’s in Information Technology from the National Technical University of Ukraine. Her integrity, strategic foresight, and track record of execution have made her one of Vietnam’s most respected leaders in finance and investment.
