The Challenges
As global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards tighten, Vietnamese businesses face mounting pressure to adapt or risk exclusion from key markets—especially the EU and U.S. Vietnam’s economy is export-driven, yet:
Many firms lack ESG expertise, from compliance to impact reporting.
Green finance access remains limited and underutilized.
Internal corporate culture and leadership are not yet aligned with sustainable transformation.
Supply chains must become transparent, traceable, and resilient to withstand global shocks and meet foreign buyer standards.
This transformation is no longer optional—it’s strategic and urgent.
