The Challenges
Vietnam is entering a pivotal decade. While the country has achieved remarkable growth through manufacturing and exports, the next leap will depend on entrepreneurial leadership, strategic innovation, and the ability to compete globally—not just produce globally.
Yet most business leaders face three critical gaps:
- Strategic Capability Gap: Many executives are excellent operators—but lack exposure to global frameworks in business model innovation, venture scaling, or digital disruption.
- Leadership Transition Gap: Vietnam’s family-owned enterprises and growing firms are approaching a generational shift. There is an urgent need to groom second-generation leaders with both global perspective and executional depth.
- Capital & Network Access Gap: Despite rising investment interest, many Vietnamese founders and executives struggle to structure deals, raise funding, or connect with international partners on equal footing.
Why VPCEI's Global Mini-MBA is the Anwser (Solutions)?
The VPCEI Global Mini-MBA is not a theoretical classroom—it is a strategic accelerator for Vietnamese decision-makers who want to:
Upgrade their leadership mindset with practical tools from world-class institutions like the University of Michigan and the William Davidson Institute.
Rethink how to grow, fund, and position their business in an increasingly competitive regional landscape.
Build global fluency—whether to pitch investors, lead M&A, enter new markets, or pass the baton to the next generation.
Starting September 20, 2025 in Hanoi & HCMC, this 10-weekend program brings together Vietnam’s top minds to learn, connect, and scale—together.
When I first came to Vietnam, the future was built with factories. Today, it will be built with ideas, technology, and talent. But even the brightest minds need the right tools. We created this program to equip Vietnam’s next generation of entrepreneurs with the strategic thinking, global networks, and AI-era mindset needed to lead—and lead well—in a world that won’t wait.
