Grace Le Nga, CFA, is a seasoned investment executive with nearly two decades of experience in banking, private equity, and corporate innovation. She is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master’s in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a Bachelor’s in International Economics from Hanoi Foreign Trade University.

As Managing Director, Ms. Grace has led successful fundraising and investment efforts, notably raising over $130 million USD for BVIM and managing a $200 million USD portfolio at Techcom Capital. She has held senior leadership roles such as Chairwoman of Ocean Group (HOSE-listed), where she led the restructuring of a $200M listed firm across FMCG, hospitality, and real estate sectors. Her advisory experience spans major corporations including Techcombank, Redsun ITI, and Minh Phu Seafood.

Among the first CFA Charterholders in Vietnam, Ms. Grace is highly regarded for her expertise in business transformation, venture funding, and strategic leadership. She is deeply committed to fostering sustainable growth and cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset in the next generation of leaders.
