Vy Le is the Co-founder and General Partner of Do Ventures, a leading early-stage venture capital fund focused on seed to Series B investments in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. A serial tech entrepreneur turned investor, Vy began her entrepreneurial journey at 13 and later founded Chon.vn, which was acquired by Vingroup, where she went on to lead Adayroi.com. She graduated valedictorian in Finance from Georgetown University. At Do Ventures, Vy backs high-growth B2C and B2B tech startups, emphasizing founder integrity, grit, and scalability. She also serves as Chair of the Vietnam Private Capital Agency (VPCA), a national initiative aimed at mobilizing $35 billion in private investment into Vietnam by 2035. Her work is reshaping the country's venture ecosystem by blending founder empathy with data-driven investment.
